A la Carte
We create one-of-a-kind floral arrangements inspired by the seasons. Our studio is bordered by overflowing flower fields and much of the material used in our designs is custom grown for our events. We specialize in cultivating heirloom, old fashioned and uncommon flower varieties prized for their fragrance and unique qualities.
Our a la carte wedding package is perfect for couples who love Arise & Shine’s signature fresh from the garden style, but do not require large arrangements or on-site set up. This option is ideal for clients who only need personal flowers, centerpieces, and a few focal arrangements. Simply choose the size and quantity of our personal flowers and centerpieces and describe your color palette. Leave the rest to us!
Our a la carte option is not well suited for couples who want specific flower types, require an in-person consultation, or have more complex event design needs.
We understand better than anyone how stressful planning your wedding can be. With so many choices, so much conflicting advice, and so little transparency when it comes to the actual costs of things, planning your wedding can quickly go from exciting to downright overwhelming. We have streamlined the process of selecting your wedding flowers by offering a limited range of lush, garden style arrangements made from locally grown blooms, so choosing is easy. We arrange your flowers using the best of what is growing the week of your wedding in your desired color palette. Our pricing is transparent, so you have the ability to create your own custom flower package while staying within budget.
Orders are available for pick-up during set times at our Batavia studio. Delivery is available for an additional fee. Please note that a la carte weddings require a minimum $1,000 order.
How it Works
Submit Order
Complete the attached a la carte Order Form below.
Estimate
Within a week of receiving your Order Form, A&S Gardens will email you an estimate for your wedding flowers based on the details you provided.
Contract & Deposit
After approving your order, send a non-refundable deposit of $500 and a signed copy of our contract to reserve your wedding date on our calendar. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
Make Final Changes
5 weeks prior to your event, we will reconnect with you to finalize your order. Additions, substitutions, and small changes can be made at this time.
Submit Payment
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. Checks (payable to Arise & Shine Gardens) and cash are preferred. Payments made via PayPal incur a 5% processing fee.
Enjoy Your Flowers
We will have your flowers carefully packaged and ready for you to pick up at our Batavia studio on the date and time specified on your final order. We will happily deliver for an additional fee.

Pick Up & Delivery
Your order will be packaged and labeled for pick up with care instructions at our farm in Batavia. Please arrange to pick up your order within the following time frames:
Farm | Fridays 5 – 7 pm and Saturdays 8 am – 12 pm
If available, we will happily deliver your order for $150 or 10% of the total order (whichever is greater) to all locations within a 50-mile radius from Batavia. Additional distances incur a $2 per mile charge.
